The GFA type gas dissolution system developed by Gongyuan is adopted, with a clever structure and a gas dissolution efficiency of over 98%, possessing strong anti clogging ability that other gas dissolution devices do not have.
Adopting a new type of dissolved gas release device, the gas release efficiency is high, and the average particle size of microbubbles is only 15-30 microns.
Adopting a chain plate scraper, it runs smoothly and reliably, with high scraper efficiency.
◆Construction and principle
Industrial wastewater treatment combined with air flotation equipmentUtilize air flotation separation technology.Mainly used for solid-liquid separation (while reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). Add flocculant PAC or PAM to the raw water, and after effective flocculation reaction (time, dosage, and flocculation effect must be determined experimentally), the raw water enters the combined air flotation contact zone. In the contact zone, microbubbles in the dissolved water and flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter the separation zone together. Under the buoyancy of the bubbles, the flocs and bubbles rise together to the liquid surface, forming floating slag. The floating slag is scraped to the sludge area by the scraping device. The clean water in the lower layer flows automatically to the clean water tank through the collection pipe. Part of the clean water is refluxed for use in the dissolved gas system, while the other part is discharged.
Air flotation equipmentIt consists of components such as air flotation tank body, dissolved air system, dissolved air reflux pipeline, dissolved air water release device, slag scraping device (which can be combined, crane type, or chain plate type according to user needs), and electric control cabinet.
